These are very nice apartments. The complex is quiet and yet convenient to Southern/Country Club area. It is well maintained ... by Veljko who responds to requests quickly, and well managed by Charlotte. I must mention Kim from leasing office whom I jokingly call my personal concierge. I had a stroke just as I was moving in and she did everything she could to make things easier for me and answer all my questions. All the documents and banking and hooking up with WIFI were too much for me and she was always ready to help. I'm glad I found the Shorebird. My son lived here while he was going to college at CRAS. I was worried about him living in a city away from home, but he ... was comfortable and felt safe here at Shorebird. The office staff were friendly and helpful. He enjoyed the pool regularly, and his apartment was perfect for him. There were never any issues with bugs and when he had a maintenance problem it was resolved quickly. It was the perfect spot for him, and I am grateful that we found it! I moved in a month ago and I can honestly say I am very happy with my decision to move into this complex. All of the staff ... at Shorebird are very friendly, the grounds are immaculate, the laundry room is always clean and the couple maintenance requests I did put in were fixed within a couple days. If you are looking for an affordable, spacious apartment that's in a great location, with great staff, you don't need to look any further. Time for a shout-out to Keith Bonson, developer, designer, and manager of Shorebird’s free, strong and stable Wi-Fi network. ... I have been around the block many times and I never thought I’d ever find this extraordinary level of customer service, ever! Above and beyond doesn’t even come close to what Keith provides in assisting renters with this valuable service. When I had a problem connecting my Chromecast and we discovered that Chromecast was not compatible with this type of service, he helped me develop from scratch a personal hotspot system which cured the problem completely. He goes so far as to suggest types of products and software such as the best and least expensive Wi-Fi adapters and the top security and other types of software to accomplish whatever your goal may be. Initial Review: Great staff
My son Vincent and I have spent weeks trying to find an apartment for him to live in for school. We live out of state, so ... this has not been an easy task. After finding that few places seemed to be interested in helping us, the two women here - Angelina and Charlotte - have been fantastic in getting us situated. Another thing we appreciate is how straightforward the process has been. From being able to view the documents prior to signing, to having our questions answered, and then having a very professional and courteous staff, we feel we are off to a very good start. this is my third and final review for shorebird apartments. Ive lived here for 4 plus years and ive decided to get a bigger ... apartment with a roommate. But in the 4 plus years ive lived here. The staff has been wonderful . Charolette is one of the best community managers ive had the priviledge of dealing with, Very professional and friendly. the rest of the staff as well. Shorebird apartments has been very peaceful and the complex is kept in tip top shape. The Maintainance staff does a great job when you need something fixed or replaced. All in all to sum up my 4 years living here. It has been wonderful. And i hope the next tenant of my apartment will enjoy there time living here.
